Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods, or on which a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiry date.
- Goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, subject to applicable law.
